About the building…
In late 2007, my mother-in-law, Louise Motzenbecker, was intrigued by a building that was for sale in Historic Downtown Dothan. This building was horrible, but she saw its inner beauty. It had been vacant for many years and had to be close to 100 years old. Though it had some renovations around the late 70′s, it had been empty and falling into such disrepair that most of the people who looked at it wouldn’t consider purchasing and renovating it.
There was so much heart put into the renovation of our building. When it came time to “name” our building, “a place to Renew” was so inevitably fitting. It seemed that anyone associated with our project was feeling a since of renewal. Not only were we renewing this tired old building, we were renewing ourselves, our professions and our goals. Now we are open and we are renewing our clients.
